This is super super interesting and got me thinking, isn’t that me?
Yes! That’s me, in my experiences when life held out hard knocks , the inabilities of lack of wisdom for awareness sent my body in fight mode, and fight I did!
I fought so hard I gave it my all, suppressing everything else that came to me, emotions mainly. I could not hear or heed my emotions nor the body. Things get intense and I put up stronger fights.
All I did in the past is fight fight fight. For 30 years perhaps, I fought. And the body is so used to this mode of putting up a fight putting up resistance to put things back into place—-its the only thing the body knew, or what I train the body to know
But fighting to put things back in place is not the only way out. My senses and wisdom has evolved to understand this, but my body and mind, out of habit and inertia is still behaving this way, at least, looking this way habitually, and in a snap. To repair to build. To be the one to solve problems—all these taught reactions.
If this has never stopped and has always repeated itself in the last 20 or 30 years, how can i switch it off? How can I start to new reaction? A new way ?
Learn to pause? That was what Mr Ng has always been saying to me. Pause and choose your course of action so that you do not react to situations. I remember how he would put up his 2 hands to show me action and reaction. The space in between is the pause and I can choose the action.
Not easy, but I will try. If I can get to this point, to know and see this point, I am close to the way out. SO learning to pause and practicing to pause might be a way out I can experiment with.
Then, rewire, change how I think. That will change how my body works or structures its activities. Again, this is awareness. SO it seems meditation and giving myself the space to be with awareness is extremely important to create change,
For so long I have been finding out why the inflammation is still going on at the keloids
This could be, wow

So thats what I did. And it was beautiful wishing myself well.
Mr Ng has been telling me about the wonders of EFT Tapping and recently I reconnected with this wonderful tool. And i thought, can i tap gently on my keloids too?
SO i just tried. Its a new thing I m doing to this and lets see what comes out of it.
And delving into pockets of silence, I found these inspirations:
1)Build a new relationship with the body
With the keloid, the cyst,
I heard myself say in the silence
The body is so because it has responded to the way I thought or believed. In building an new relationship I intend to mindfully build non inflammation harmony bliss peace joy balance happiness—-as far as possible.
Because I deserve.
So TPY build, build on the existing and build it on and with the keloids the cyst but also with the eyes the skin the kidneys the liver the stomach the intestines the pancreas the spine the brain the womb the nose the mouth
anywhere and anytime i find an opportunity and everywhere I want to improve on or heal or get a go at returning it to the state of equilibrium or optimum level of performance.
Build it with me and everything I have —— with intention with mindfulness and awareness
Build the body to support my intention to further support my journey on this spiritual evolution
Vice versa, as I find my spirituality, I help find a body that supports me
2)How about starting my own business ?
Starting to sell something I believe in that worked for me and will work for or support another’s dream
Bf has always felt that I should start something and in my own space in the shower I thought how about this?
When I had a sore gum and refused to use the clinical mouth rinse the dentist recommended, I used natural alternatives such as thieves mouth rinse and copaiba to apply on the sore gum
When the dentist knew this worked, he asked if we could manufacture this and propose this combination to other patients
I didn’t think much of it and honestly told him —- everything can be bought from young living
Recently i was disturbed and did not know how to go about telling SY about my feelings towards my contribution. I felt like I was giving directorial advice but not paid aptly
it bugged at me and I was unhappy and not satisfied. so i tried to open up a discussion
Then as suddenly yesterday, I thought how about getting a product and sharing it? It has to be something I believe in, has benefited me and will do the same to others. Lets see how it goes!

What I have could have been challenging for me, but these are the very things people cannot take away and that which only I can appreciate in full

6) In the silence of the night I also thought of one thing, I really didn’t like it whenever the kids triggered bf n he got angry and he would shrug the kids out of his way and would retreat into his own space
I felt my body resist in a particular way to let me know this is something I cannot accept
Many times I have ignored its call but yesterday it happened again
HuaiHao wanted to play chess and he didn’t want to, HuaiHao insisted and pulled at his clothes and fell on him using his little body and weight as if to force him. But he stood up and shrugged away HuaiHao in force
I didn’t like it. That shrug away is so forceful I hurt seeing it for myself
Its rejection.
Why I asked? Why didn’t I like it?
The voice in me says that I didn’t like the action of him shrugging the kids’ pull in retaliation in helplessness and just retreating into his own shell
I have spoken to him so many times and I want to but I thought ——-Dear divine , why this this time and how can this be solved and improved not using my own ways?
Can I pass this to you?
Yes I will
I intend that this be resolved and like deepak chopra advised, cast your intentions out to the universe and trust it will echo back
And in the meantime I want to work on myself
Starting from what I dislike –
I dislike the action of rejection he performed forcefully
I hate it
It reminded me of the rejection I gave to my mother at the ironing board many years ago that still makes me cringe with pain and —— regret
Mom apologized to me because I was throwing a tantrum , I helped her do housework so she needn’t work so hard when she got home from a busy day’s work
But mom would repeat doing the housework I did
I felt like my good intentions and care and protection for her is rejected
Like she did not trust me
And I got really upset
I flared up at the ironing board at her and she’s already at her wits end trying to hug me and saying sorry girl sorry sorry and she was crying
I felt so sad but I was so angry I couldn’t respond
This is something that is holding a knot at the belly area that I need to release
Also his rejection and shunning and retreating into his own space made me deal with the kids on my own
Every time he did this I feel like I m like my mother who had to deal with us and suck it up with no choice when father left us
This needs to be further freed
With awareness I release all feelings of anger upset frustration disbelief shock helplessness unhappiness of not being reciprocated and appreciated at the ironing board these are the emotions I have carried with me till today
Like after 20 years?!
These are also meanings I have attached to the incident and is not what mommy wanted me to feel
But I have carried this baggage all the while
Then I intend and want to consciously release all the pain sufferings trauma disbelief hurt anger worry rejection feelings of not being loved of not being precious of great shock when father left us
I release also all the second tier feelings of undeserving of being small and unworthy of goodness feelings off being lack of confidence that came with these
I release them all now
With awareness I know that my father did not throw us away and that we are not precious or deserving
But these are meanings and interpretations I have made in that moment with what wisdom and awareness or intelligence I have
I release them all
All these that do not serve me any longer
And I still feel like spelling these out to bf but this time I m just expressing to him and will leave the rest up to him not encroaching not enforcing
I trust that in his journey that will be a time he will find these sharing useful both for himself and for us as a family
And in the times that I got impatient and upset that he’s still in his own space quiet, I discuss this with the kids, and let it be a learning lesson showing of how people manage emotions.
Qinzhi and Huaihao are so evolved they tell me dad’s having a bad day, in a bad mood and such.

And when I see him still stuck, and i feel anger soar, I try and use this to invoke awareness or just allow awareness into this situation. I see that I have putting judgements and adding meanings. So step back and observe.

I feel almost emotional and unwilling to let go of this programme. It has been such a great anchor for my soul, on these teachings I rest and distill much out of what experiences I have amassed. Already looking forward to the next Deepak Chopra program.
The 21 day journey is as deep as one wills or intends.
I guess deep down, this is the time I have been waiting for. I learned so much!
It has been a most important 21 days for me as I journey with Deepak Chopra’s deep soulful voice, providing me with deep insights and great discoveries of my experiences, giving me a fresh perspective and realising that these are resources I can tap into and integrate with my unique gifts to spin off into valuable gems to ignite changes for the betterment of myself and the world.
Thinking back 21 days ago, and sensing where I was then, I noted obvious shifts in my level of consciousness. I am on a higher plane now than before and I m extremely grateful for this opportunity.
The daily tasks provided a distillation of my experiences, that which served me and what could no longer. Each time I responded to the tasks, they brought me to the depths of my psyche , drew out for me memories or rather specific emotions that have been locked up in time —that which have not been processed or managed in that time, in that plane, but now surfaces and gets a chance at being processed and released.
I heard all the messages I spoke to myself but didnt get aired, then. And in the 21 days, they came out from somewhere. There were so many aha moments bringing much light and warmth to heart.
I noted how releases felt in my body and the state of mind. I m more open, free-er, ease-ier.
There were a lot of training opportunities for subtle body awareness in these 21 days and its great at sharpening my senses and for my intuitive capabilities.
To discover the subtle body and energy flows, lots of interesting sensations of being healed, or downloading of information.
I understand better now, how I have lived in the last 20 years of adulthood.
When others and myself have so unconsciously added on meanings , judgements to my experiences——it is this that is distorting my experiences further from truth.
I can see that all these experiences are fulfilled whole and the essence of abundance itself , as much as they are expressions of the universe’s creativity. It’s me needing this and culminating these experiences so the universe sent them to me.
This programme helped me see myself find myself, and find the world and life with improved clarity. While I stand reactive in the past, now I see how I have played a part in shaping my experiences culminating in who I m now, if not, how I, have been the biggest actor in bringing myself to the spot where I am now.
Now if this is so, then the power is in me to bring myself to where I intend and would love to be.
I chose these all myself and can chart my path. The power is incredible.
The programme made me understand more deeply how important awareness is to bring about change. So that we can stop reacting out of the past, and the stories and emotions can no longer exert power over the present. The programme brings to mind what it means to be in the present, to be in pure consciousness. More than learning what is alignment, it brought me the feeling of being aligned to the Universe. The programme brings to mind the possibilities one can have, the power one can have. How free we can be.
I used to write for a living, writing for a chinese daily and then to curate content for the guide.michelin.com so I write and produce videos specifically on food. But as with fashion, technology, whatever, food is but a platform to reach into deeper realms of the individual, so my videos are always with heart, shares light and it is my intention to create works of inspiration and warmth. Left the position last year and is now freelancing for some restaurants on the same thread. Also freelancing for organic vegetable brand ZX.
After having had the privilege to sample the best gastronomic menus put up by the worlds best chefs, it was extremely easy for me to say goodbye to food that is commonly seen as luxurious.Caviar? Lobsters? They no longer hold significance for me. These days, I see luxury in artisanal vegetables grown with heart, an organic black radish from Brittany, a chilli cherry, purple radish exuding so much energy.
Coupled with basic knowledge of applying essential oils in my life, I see a future centered on plant based food coming forth, ever so quickly. There’s just too many possibilities in plants waiting to be uncovered and too much power to be unlocked. I find joy discovering little bits of this everyday, every time I cut up a purple radish and it beams at me with all the power it has. And I am looking forward to opportunities of sharing this new found love to heighten awareness on harnessing this untapped resource—just as I have had when food wowed me ten plus years ago as a food writer.
Moving together as Group is great, there’s a sense of people working hard together, doing what we can out of our varied lives for a common purpose, aligned in the direction of uplifting oneself and all.
There’s resonance and coherence.
As I wrote as I have the phrase for today as with the past 20 days, and coloured yellow over it, I can’t help but feel touched. It’s a promise to myself that I have made to love in the direction of the light and love. It’s me wanting to be better and I know I will.
Apparently you need 21 days to ink or cement a new habit. I certainly hope all these ideas, practices and inspirations on abundance have been etched to the deepest of my soul.
I sincerely hope more people can uncover and recover these precious resources they have within themselves, and thats when they take root and start living, expressing themselves authentically.

My reflections:
I went through the past 19 days scrolling down the blog and realising how much distance I have traversed, it seemed not just this life.
As I scroll down, too many people incidences events colours feelings fly past, I read each blog entry since day zero and added on whenever I felt I needed to and realised yet more things
This accumulation of thoughts discoveries is the power of intention, it showed me my intention of the pursuit of spirituality and that of opening up,
These experiences, deep as they are, they invite you to cocreate along the way, with wisdom, with age and yet more of life’s experiences, the past can be so different, so transformed
And this has been because, the intensity of judgements on these experiences have reduced
I shared the parable with Shirley my good friend who has been evasive since late last year, I wonder why. Let’s see if I get an echo back
I thought about not sharing with her, thinking she might not reply, but still, i hope she would and I wanted to see if the laws spelt out in the abundance program would be true.

Now i have had the opportunity to do self reiki on the bed, attend this 21 days programme, fast, any opportunity to be guided and for the betterment of myself is a luxury. And if I can share this with others.
I gift myself the opportunities to open up to wisdom and discover that which resonates with me
I think time by myself is super luxurious
Whether it be going out alone , walking, having the space of the house by myself . Giving a sweet treat I have been looking for are things I value a lot
Taking the time to inhale my essential oils and apply oil on myself
QUESTION N ° 3: How can you bring luxury to others?
Building myself to be well and happy from within
To work at and establish myself first from inside out, to be and live the intentions the resolutions or to be these myself. Then I will naturally exude and inspire and guide or bring luxury to others .
To share knowledge on what worked for me and could possibly do so for others
I made a vegan pulled pork burger , vegan mayo and a side dish of pumpkin and eggplant. Had some truffle chips and a new ingredient , cherry chilli bomb
And immediately after dinner I get horrible sensations. Thoroughly wrong. Like a feeling of allergy or having eaten something that did not go well with me.
What was it that made it so wrong? I asked. There didnt seem to be any I can think of.
Like a headache of sorts and my energy is sucked out and I m slipping away without control.
When I swallow there’s like something at my throat and I have to breathe doubly hard. I showered and got better
Then HuaiHao and Qinzhi said they noticed I didnt look well earlier, Huaihao offered to massage me
“ Mom your shoulders are so hard, you should learn to relax mom , probably you carried too heavy things “
WOW
I had my hands too full just before dinner and rushed back
When I heard HuaiHao say this, I heard only—- you should learn to relax and I was like—- wow!
But now I totally see the wisdom as I put these down
Everything’s too much for me. I am still living the old ways, but my body has changed, so the old ways find themselves in a body and consciousness that ‘s different. They are at odds and can no longer work together.
YAY
Which made me realise now how powerful the fast is.
After the one week fast, the body is responding so swiftly to food. Even if vegan , the body tells me immediately when it’s not good or good for me
I tried almond milk and granola; I tried veg noodle soup and it’s ok
I did a burger and the bread had some milk
I did vegan soup the first meal I stepped out of fast, probably too much and my body didn’t like it
Its a new phase of experimenting and finding out, and I m loving it! More than this, I m grateful for this opportunity!
It shows how much work the body has done in the week I stopped eating
And it’s great in a way because in the past it would have taken me a long time to find out .
I was blocked and numbed.
But now —— reaction time is reduced I have become a better listener and responder to the body.
And I have to be ever more selective careful and mindful now with cooking and eating
I think I m adjusting to a new body
I wrote
And this was the aha moment for the day
I have done so much inner work on myself of late. I have cleaned my body.
In the past I might not know what this might mean or how this can feel, but these too-full-too-uncomfortable incidents let me know that I m at a different level
My mind my spirit my soul my energy my body
They are all different now
And the old ways of eating drinking living thinking feeling can no longer serve me
I have a new body and it is inviting me to work with it more mindfully with new practices and mindsets.
And now it is about putting into practice with each thing I do or not do, eat or not eat, how much i eat or not eat, how i eat or not eat, there’s so much to learning and experimentation ahead to work with it hear it, WOW I m excited!
In the midst of putting these thoughts together I listened to Deepak Chopra ‘s abundance program like I have for the past 18 days
And immediately I felt better
Why?
It’s a shift I heard myself say. SO obvious. I felt it.
Shifted by voice, sound, positive content or meaning in the voice or sounds,
A shift that has been so, because of the intention the voice and the goodness it carries and, because I was open to it
That’s how powerful it is
How can I be the shift then? WOW
And when shifts occur the challenges we face are automatically dissolved resolves effortlessly
That’s why I felt better
And then a friend shared that the Dalai Lama would be giving the Avalokiteshvara Empowerment today. As I watched this amazing being in front of my eyes, I just warm up from the inside, even writing it now, warmed my eyes, as if to wash and purify me further. That is his power.
And how can I be this power to move others?
I have had the chance to see The Dalai Lama and more importantly, feel him in person. His presence still comes to me now n then to embrace me, to move me——–how wonderful is that. How blessed to be able to feel moved!
And that is another lesson in gratitude and abundance . I asked the universe for inspiration for healing, and this is it.
And seeing him and feeling this way made me discover yet another idea, could it have been that my system is cleaning up to prepare for this empowerment?!

Then another one sent a link on autophagy
Tells of the process of the body cells miraculously recycling waste body cells into goodness.
That was what I did or rather, what my body was busy with in the 1 week fast that has gone by.
Isnt that a miracle? How did the body know how to do that? How did nature have this idea?
And——isnt that just what I have been learning from the Tibetan teachers of buddhism in meditation and in awareness?The leading thoughts on transformation so important in Tibetan Buddhism——- that is what our miracle bodies have been doing all this while and all we need to is to create opportunities for the body to heal.
I have never experienced “coincidences” ring so loud and clear, what i m practicing to both my body and mind, learning about transformation and learning to practice it, they are in sync, never has my body and mind worked on the same front like this before. Amazing.
Read the parable below and write down what it means to you.
Parable
This too shall pass.
There was a king and he once said to the court sages – I have a ring with one of the finest diamonds in the world and I want to hide a message under the stone that can be useful in a situation of extreme despair. I will give this ring to my heirs and I want it to serve faithfully. Think of what kind of message will be there. It must be very short to fit in the ring.
The sages knew how to write treatises, but did not express themselves in one short sentence. They Thought and thought, but did not come up with anything.
The king complained about the failure of his venture to a faithful old servant who raised him from infancy and was part of the family. And the old man said to him:
“I’m not a sage, I’m not educated, but I know such a message. For many years spent in the palace, I met a lot of people. And once I served a visiting mystic whom your father invited. And he gave me this message. Just don’t read it, save it and open it under a stone only when there’s no way out at all. “
The king listened to the old servant.
After some time, the enemies attacked the country and the king lost the war. He fled on his horse and enemies pursued him. He was alone, there were many. He drove to the end of the road. There was a huge deep cliff before him, if he fell there, it is the end. He could not go back, the enemies were approaching, he already heard the clatter of their horses’ hooves. He had no way out. He was in complete despair.
And then he remembered the ring. He opened it and under a stone found an inscription: “This too shall pass”
After reading the message, he felt that everything was quiet. Apparently the pursuers got lost and proceeded in the wrong direction. Horses were no longer heard.
The king was filled with gratitude to the servant and the unknown mystic. Words were powerful. He closed the ring. And hit the road. Again he gathered his army and returned his state.
On the day when he returned to the palace, they arranged a magnificent meeting, a feast for the whole world – the people loved their king. The king was happy and proud.
An old servant came up to him and said softly: “Even this moment is coming. Look at the message again.”
“Now I am a winner, people are celebrating my return, I’m not in despair, not in a hopeless situation.”
“Listen to the old servant,” he answered, “the message works not only in moments when everything is bad, but also in moments of victory.”
The king opened the ring and read:
“This too shall pass.”
And again he felt a silence fall over him, although he was in the midst of a noisy dancing crowd. His pride dissolved. He understood the message. He was a wise man.
And then the old man said: “Do you remember everything that happened to you? Nothing and no feeling is permanent. As night changes day, so moments of joy and despair replace each other. Accept them as the nature of things, as part of life”

The meaning of this parable to me –
I read it and ask why I m reading is? Is this because there’s something ahead that will require me to look at this message?
I asked myself why did I distill meaning like this ?
And I knew it was because of my past experiences – the trauma and the shock I received and absorbed that made me so guarded against the future
That made me tread life precariously with stress and I tried to control life things and exerted a lot of effort in trying to make things as perfect as possible
Too tight too tight TPY
For once I discovered and felt the control I exerted
And once I saw that I saw my body heave a sigh of relief—— like, so you know now? Finally TPY?
I saw again how? Our meaning making mind and habits place meanings on what we get in touch with —- so instantaneously if one weren’t aware, you would have been sucked into yet another round of reinforcement
But now with awareness and mindfulness, this too shall pass.
This way of life, placing meanings and therefore judgments or acting out based on whatever reasons such as that of past experiences, beliefs, culture systems, societal norms and opinions, hearsays, one’s ego, for compromising in a bid to gain acceptance etc———- this too shall pass.
This too shall pass is just this too shall pass
Not too tight not too loose
Just, what it is.
Then I read about the king returning to power and the message popped up yet again.
This too shall pass
I felt a sense of fear in me, or rather——- no
I asked myself what that was —— it was a feeling of wanting to hold on
Why can’t good times last ? Theres a sense of control in there. Like the control freak in me being challenged and insecurity. There’s anger and frustration in it? Why again? Haven’t I had enough?
Words or events anything, people, they are like a mirror and reflect back what you are. what you hold, they distill your very core and fetch you out for yourself to see
And I realized how much of myself is affected by the past challenges
I haven’t yet been able to see them totally as gifts for had I been able to , I wouldn’t feel this way
Or this inability as yet to see everything as abundance of the universe’s expression of creativity
I m still living and acting out of my “story” my experiences
This parable made me realize this – how much of me is still reacting out from that past
And in this moment of awareness I ask: for the universe’s greatest support and inspiration to let me live life in the present
Actually I have been supported so very much
All the experiences in food tasting in video making is exactly that
And now it’s taking this intentionally and applying it to everyday life to what I do and have in life
To learn to be in the moment —— with no story, perceptions, preconceived ideas, emotions, judgements
To be an empty glass for the moment and observe it
As everything that comes goes
If we can be at the mindful observer standpoint at the moment things happen, we would be able to go through life with more peace and ease

Transcendence Episode 5 and wonderful inspirations that soothe and serve. Words have power, because they are distilled from powerful experiences that involve the evolution of the self.
“Individuals grow through pain or insight.
Whatever’s that going on in society is an imprint . In the beginning we learn how to survive with the imprint then we learn how to adapt with the imprint and at some point in our life, it is either pain suffering or tremendous insight we learn to transform we learn to go beyond the imprint
At some point, we have to be taught that there’s something about us something gifted something intrinsic within you that no one else has the way you have it
Most people when they go through something debilitating they ask a disempowering question from a victim state—-why me who’s to blame what’s wrong and the mind goes rapidly off they don’t take you anywhere but in a downward spiral
The dark side of the soul :
You lose all sense of connection with the presence of the order of higher being
What you formerly believe has gone out of the window
Your old identity has begun to evaporate and the new identity hasn’t emerged and your r in that proverbial no mans land
It can last for a short time to a v long time
You new identity is emerging and you r not who u r used to be so you don’t know who you r you don’t know who you believe
In the dark night if you can ask: what quality can I give birth to to have peace of mind if this were to last forever
Why is it important?
Because generally individuals in the dark night go through some form of wishful thinking like I wish I wasn’t here I wish I want who I was I wish I had done this differently. It’s a kind of wishful thinking because you r who u r and where you r.
So to the degree that you can pull yourself out of wishful thinking and ask a different kind of question; when the dark night is over and you find yourself a little bit higher in transformation because you didn’t waste the time asking futile qns
You r in that crucible of darkness that crucible of transformation
And what you gain from it is that you can see the light in the darkness

Mediocrity attacks excellence
You dont live your life with what other pple r thinking as your consideration , pple are taking too much into consideration about what others are thinking about you
let they go
i m the singular manifestation of cosmic good -let this be the predominant voice you hear.
by walking in the direction of dreams, fear goes into excitement then enthusiasm
so you walk, you never know if you dont go
Visualisation: seeing feeling it declaring it articulating it coming into resonance with it until it comes into manifestation
Visioning it : ask what is the vision, say it till u feel it articulate it, ask what you need to become to manifest and growing it, what do i need to grow in my life, what do i already have what do i need to let go off to be in service.
something intrinsic within us and we ask until we begin to see what is our gift our passion and we walk in that direction
at one point you have to ask how can i be of service, service is great opener of the heart, service is path to awakening. when u r awake, you serve more, and awaken.
transform vibration of corporation, biz, organisations if we maintains service ethic, in that frequency, any other things are given. the energy that flows thru you is of service to others and it feeds you first.
we can find our calling,

we as humans as part of this organism , we are a small part of this bigger puzzle just as we need cells to come together to make tissue and tissue and tissue come to make organ and organs and organs to make body.
every single human when alive n on purpose gets to be the cell that is functioning on capacity to make this organism that is planet earth work

Live in unity
In today’s meditation, we will talk about unity, as the basic truth of all that exists.
As individuals, we are not alike. We have different lifestyles, beliefs and perceptions.
However, these differences exist only in the physical plane.
Whereas at the molecular and spiritual level, we are all one and are connected with the universal primary source.
When we begin to fully understand this concept of life in unity, the idea of a personal “I” gives way to the image of a universal “I”.
The concept of rivalry and competition disappears.
This relationship contributes to deep love and empathy for everyone who surrounds us.

Living only in the physical realm we perceive the world thru our senses
Yet if we depend only on our senses we believe the physical world is our sole reality in which beings r separate fr one another and have access to limited resources
From this perspective of lack we begin to believe eg if someone is success or finds love we are left out we become steep in competition that pits us against one another and prevents us fr experiencing true bliss
In truth at both molecular and spiritual levels you n i r one sharing the unity of an all pervasive spirit
Once we realize we r completely connected the notion of competition disappears giving way to cooperation and unity consciousness
When one person succeeds we all succeed

Meditation lets me have the space to experience the quiet and to pick out what the quiet holds
Too many important messages from the universe and one of them is living unity
Helps me contemplate and find examples and experiences of feeling me in nature and nature in me
Like walking through the forests in Tasmania in cradle mountain, you feel like you have been there in the now
And walking through it breathing it brings nature to you instantaneously
I thought about the mint I wrote 2 days ago
I wrote this: “I see the plant of peppermint in myself and I am rediscovering its potency and power.
And I just had to ask: now where is myself in the peppermint?
Isnt there a saying——you are in nature and the nature is in you?
I thought of how i watered the peppermint on the windowsill, I send my love to it and kissed it in the day, and it returned all of it , and more, to me at night when i needed it.”
I thought about Huaihao.
He’s been making these LEGO transformers and always coming over to share his creations with me
Sometimes I m busy and have him wait
Sometimes I m distracted and he would remind me my attention should be with him
So he has been training me all along!
And living unity explains why we feel so distraught when others fall or suffer and we are called to help from within
Or why we feel bad when we want to help genuinely but is stopped by other fears
When I sat for meditation, it was pretty still today. Like a beautiful day out at sea and the top of the sea is gently lapping but otherwise quiet
In the quiet though there is so much to perceive it makes me ecstatic
I just want to fetch out and let myself have time and opportunity to seek out what the universe has sent to me in the quiet
