Mr Ng first introduced me to EFT tapping, and i reacquainted with it a few months back after watching some documentaries on healing.

The key to EFT tapping is as explained below and is great for anyone who is keen to experiment with shifting one’s emotional states.

Nick Ortner is one great tapping expert and these are some points he has listed down:

Conscious Mind= logic and reasoning ie 23+48=?

when we tap on end points  of meridians we are sending signals to amygdala

all those fears are not u, not the essence of who u r at your core,, just old programs u have been running. its just the function of an old experience thats been coded in your brain.

I honour you

I tried tapping again today. Dad called in the morning to say he felt pain at the heart area and went to A&E.

i felt all the crippling fear come back to me.

Then with awareness I told myself to observe it. But its not easy. These things, they are sticky and cling to you.

I started tapping to realise anxiety and fear, i needed to work on it. I told myself to work on this and using this as an opportunity to recognise what fear I have had accumulated in my system, after watching so many elders hospitalised , and remembering how i visited dad after his spinal surgery when I was only like 6 or 7.

I told myself to use awareness and use this as an opportunity to work on these.

And coincidentally i happened to speak to angie about my conditions.

and she said, “Wah, very good improvement lei. Honestly my intuition is that u need to release your negative or negative emotions from your body, and relax more perhaps. Then u will be good. Fasting is to hungry the cell thats why the cyst will reduce in size.

I do not know if you had experienced any trauma before.. But even if your ans is yes or no, living in present and embrace what we have now , u will live out from all the stress

The cyst that grows at your navel is actually representing the fear you have .. Which u unable to release . So its trapped there”

wow, spot on.

And I saw Nick Ortner’s video in my mailbox. Talk about the universe hearing me.

I know I m being supported.

Juan says for emotional clearing,”the best is mingyur rinpoche or Tsoknyi rinpoche’s method : Relax mind , totally drop everything, just be aware . Whatever feelings that surface , just be aware , do not react . It will be released. “

Its coming into contact with the subtle body and being aware of what is happening there. And its how much you want to tune in, everything you have experienced, is there.

I was listening to the Dalai Lama a few days ago on FB. And I saw him speak with so much intonation conviction strength

I asked myself how he did this?

SO strong, so sure, no fear. So charismatic. No fear

I compare it against myself

I was feeling low on energy weak and breathless

I looked at him again and thought of the time I was in dharamsala

How did the Dalai Lama do that? What is he made of? What makes him so sure? What makes him laugh like that? How can I do that? How do I translate what I see onto myself ?

And before I knew it, the universe sent the reply to my heart’s echo.

My dearest Huaihao

You amaze me everyday, with the things you do and the things you say. Like when I needed to go to Qinzhi’s room to do raindrop massage for her, or when you wait for me to shower, you read on your own

and so mommy specially went to buy storybooks you love, and that I love, Enid Blyton’s Faraway Tree

I tried so hard to get the paperback ones with words, like those that accompanied me, at your age, but they couldn’t be found.

I found these, with lots of pictures inside, and i thought—why not? maybe it could delight you further and spur you on with lesser words.

and then there are the toys you made—– out of Lego, from cars, to transformer machines, robot and vehicle in one, to swords. you always took time to explain the concept behind.

Mommy firmly believes, you will be great builder in future, with your own stories ideas feelings.

In the 2 months you have stayed home, we did lots, we ate lots too.

ayi sent you braised pork with lots of quail eggs, dumplings and you lapped these all up

that was how much love you received, Ziyi and popo love you and miss you too much, and on jun 20 when you went over to pasir ris—-your first in 2months, yiyi specially went to get quail eggs for you

we did lots of baking, made ice cream you loved

Mommy let you taste waters, so you would know that not all waters are equal,

And you had rosewater too. These are things I love and I share them with you, leaving you to decide if you liked them as well.

you wrote notes when we shared food

We went back to school on the 2nd week of June. All masked up. Mommy carrying your bag and coming back to my practice of mindfulness and awareness.

There’s Chinese spelling every week and HuaiHao learnt by improvising

Adding horns to the Chinese character cow and eyes to the character sheep

You helped mommy too, such as stocktaking when the essential oils arrive

There were a few times when I feel totally low energy and knocked out. And that was when you started to massage me! You would say things like :

“Mommy, dont be so harsh on yourself”

“You are too hard on yourself, Mommy. “—-when the shoulders are hard.

You would say, “Relax, learn to relax Mommy”

And these words would make my heart warm and knock tears out of my eyes. Like how people would say the gift i have, i know now, this is the gift you have in you Huaihao.

And sometimes when you needed my attention, you would say, “why do you not like me mommy”

And that made me smile secretly

And you are so good with words, you would say things, like

“So Long!” when you mean “Bye”

“”I will be with you in a jiffy” when you mean “I will be quick”

You spoke about hypothesis

You coined “stranger danger” and things like Mommy’s the best, better than the rest

We discussed the galaxy and cosmos, and if Tsoknyi Rinpoche is a buddha, we listened to Vajra Sattva Mantra recited by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche

Mommy bought biodynamic vegetables, oranges and lemons, to let you have an idea of how vegetables can be so different,

One day Mommy had to be away for a meeting and had to bring you to ah mei yiyi’s house and that was where you had your zoom. And yiyi said you are such a darling!

You continued to draw and they were lovely

We had so many beautiful conversations before bed, its when you asked me about things you didnt know about, or like we chat about dad and how you felt towards him.

Like just now, when we were on the bed, we talked about instant noodles!

Its Father’s Day today, you gave dad your handmade card. And even texted him yesterday to say Happy Father’s Day.

One day, I told you about your name, how it was about love and light.

all points of view are wrong, because they are based on reality and is therefore misleading

realisation is when systems of thought go away

we explore reality thru assumptions eg matter is real is the first assumption. how do you know it exist?

because what you are defending is a point of view

its a point of view, its not complete, its not seeing

the point of arrival is right now

the journey is the destination itself

Right Thinking

right thinking= thinking leading u to a place of no thinking yet all knowing : knowing without thought or thinking =pure mind, spontaneous mind and leads to spontaneous actions right speech

not bound by experience or karma

understanding beyond rational thought, its before you r given a name and identity you are it

illusion feels real

therefore its a real experience even tho its not fundamentally true

life as we experience is a continuum of experiences

 experiences include everything thats happening in our awareness,  changing mind, changing world, 

all perceptions are unreliable

since body is a perception so what you think of the body is also unreliable

nothing that you experience can be reliable but seems v real

thought has 4 stages of development

para: unmanifest potential of speech word etc to be manifest

pashanti: ideas have not become concrete, intuition sensing and feeling

madhirma: internal speech of thought, internal dialogue after thought has concretised into ideas: experience of thought

bakeri: speech that can be articulated in writing, symbolically expressed 

ability to change dreamscape 

freedom to create

movement fr illusion to reality’

freedom fr dreamscape, illusion, reality, conditioned minds, freedom to create—ultimate freedom

moksha=liberation, liberation from binding of experience called karma, 

witness all levels of reality as one

evolution of consciousness does not cease but identity as person ends

the changing inner world is you. body responds, you respond according to thoughts feelings, imaginations, intention, attention, intuition, creativity, vision, compassion, joy etc the complexity that is creating a story in your internal life and this body is the printout ,

the mind comes from infinite being, your soul.

matter is space; space is energy and information and light, and when tat settles down into source, that is infinite being, irreducible, formless, fundamental, acausal, spaceless

matter resolves into energy , which resolves into light and info in that light and light resolves into infinite being, omnipresent, omnipotent, omniscience

the visible you is a symbol, the invisible you is the pdf, the real you is infinite being, all three are working simultaneously to create reality.

My dear Qinzhi

I hear you sing and it is too precious. I texted daddy. Ah mei ayi, gengyan jiujiu, and said to them this: “Qinzhi’s singing is so precious ! I m so thankful we can bring her here from where she was! And it’s because of you all ”

It seems that you have really grown up.

And what is this supposed to mean?

Because Huaihao succumbed to high fever, Qinzhi decided to sleep on your own in your bed in your pinky room, although it was subtle, I felt a greater gap which came about to signify your faster than ever growing up as an individual. As we stop sleeping on the same bed, I begin to think of the times, I had to wake up almost every night to pick up the bolster you kicked off the bed, I recalled the times I had to wake up when your legs slanted and came over to my side

On on hindsight, it was Qinzhi’s way of telling me she wanted me badly——even in sleep. Even in sleep she wanted me very badly. I thought of the times I had to wake up to cover her in blanket each time she kicked them off.

And I woke up in the middle of the night to now open the door of her room, to check on her.

And this is exactly how every parent feels I guess, not daring to let go.

Anyway, in the holidays we had, Mommy made lots for Qinzhi and Huaihao . A friend sent us a past and pizza package, to make it fun, Mommy made lots you two could on to draw to decide who does the pizza and who makes the pasta, but in the end, both got to work on both pizzas and pastas! So, Yay!

Qinzhi is now a young lady, of her own already. And I could subtly feel how our communication has evolved. These nights I popped over to see her more, now that she is in her own room. The time when I did raindrop on Qinzhi was extremely precious, we chat about school, work, teachers, rainbow forest, everything. And when Qinzhi is in the dome, and whenever I asked questions, Qinzhi would use her toes to answer me, and we would both break out in laughter! So happy!

And I couldn’t be more thankful. And I expressed my appreciation for John who showed us the way to healing Qinzhi, and I couldn’t be more happy and grateful, that I had the opportunity and the privilege to quit to be with Qinzhi.

And because Mommy bought Ziyi and popo organic vegetables, Davina brought you some honey jelly ——–that’s the energy exchange inherent and essential to life. there is always an equal and opposite reaction, an echo to your actions.

Then we baked cookies n made more ice cream !

And Yiyi and popo bought Qinzhi’s favourite ——the ang ku kueh

And dumplings home made!

Yiyi and popo missed Qinzhi, whenever they called, Qinzhi would exclaim in joy, yi! po! I want to go to Pasir ris ! I miss your curry, I want to eat curry!

And that was what yiyi cooked, she cooked curry for qinzhi and lor bak with lots of quail eggs for hao. She prepared all the frozen mince meat , fish and scallops and got ah hao gorgor to send it all over. There’s even bao for huaihao in the red bean flavour he likes.

And at home, mommy cooked lots too, mommy did vegan pulled pork burger using the oyster mushroom, and did a vegan mayo, paired it with a keto ciabatta, vegan cheese and truffle chips!

I panfried tempeh and made a satay dip. I roasted veg of all colours, hoping to find something you and huaihao would like.

And you and Huaihao continued to build amazing houses, train houses etc with peculiar functions and stories.

Then you exercised on zoom with Gengyan and Karyn

In June, you would go to school in weeks 1 and 3, while HuaiHao goes to school on weeks 2 and 4, and it gives me lots of good time with you even if you are busy on zoom.

And you would enjoy so much the time at home, because “Mommy can babysit me” and because it was pretty relaxing, I slept while you zoom-ed, and you remarked that you were babysitting me.

That was so adult a statement to make, and it made me feel like I am indeed growing old and could do with some pampering from you, determined to soak up all the goodness you would shower upon me.

Its way past midnight but I see Deepak Chopra go live.

Technology is reducing distance to bareness, so long as you will. So long as you will, you can reach out, reach up.

Some lovely points i jotted down in the session :

  1. breathe only thru nose-make this an obsession
  2. become aware of your breath
  3. the breath is a mode of knowing, that knows itself, as the spirit both a sensation and a smell
  4. amazing things : breath arises and subsides so is this for every experience, every taste, desire, memory has the same evolution. But you, the knower of every experience does not disappear
  5. every particle contains space air fire water world, just smell gives you access to all realities
  6. breathing thru nose and being aware of breath there is intimacy of existence
  7. memory smell emotion desire are connected to olfactory—direct knowing thru smell
  8. atmosphere is your breath , my breath , breath of plants and microorganisms thats entangled that gives rise to universe, starts with entanglement of breath
  9. as you breathe thru nose, air gets purified. stimulation of the pineal gland involved with hormone and immune function, regulates heart rate, blood pressure
  10. Improve the experience of breath everyday
  11. true generosity comes from letting go of self importance

I dont know how, but I came to see this video and its super amazing! I love how this lady speaks, her ideas give to you this ah-ha, WOW moment, and makes you want to think into her words and fetch out things that you know, if you work/think hard enough, can deliver you.

You dont have to measure your age in years you can measure your age in miles

What you and I call a year is an orbit around the sun

One orbit around sun is 650 million miles 

When you start thinking about your life as your journey around the star it’s a v different experience then you think of time going by

Time doesn’t past we orbit through it

But when we realize we are orbiting life is a journey 

When we realize a year is an orbit and life is a journey and western world speak of life as a journey in metaphorical terms but it’s not a metaphor

It’s called a year

We are traveling around the sun 

And the whole time we r traveling around the sun sun is traveling in the middle of the galaxy and the galaxy is doing something it hasn’t tracked yet  

What fascinates me is that we r a journey not just metaphorically 

when we see our life as a journey on this journey rather than that time passes (and we r not participating in the journey)

As long as we think time or life is happening to us we r not participating or co creating

We haven’t incorporated this into our daily life yet

But it’s obvious we r on a journey because as we orbit the star scenery changes

As we orbit the star scenery goes by the star scenery we see in July goes and different stars come in August in the East 

But pple don’t look at the stars anymore 

In ancient times stars are the calendar the clock

The importance of the sun is we eat the sun

All the food you eat is sunlight downloaded by plants but the only thing we ever eat is the light of stars we are orbiting

Green plants take light and make it into nutrition and life giving substance 

Sun transmits info to photosynthesis- where light becomes life

What is the information coming from the sun that plants are blue to translate into the language of life

What r we made of who r we

It’s a scientific fact that the calcium in your bones the iron in your blood every element in your body except hydrogen has been created in the cosmic called stars that have exploded and ended up into our bodies

So we are on the earth but not made of earth

The spiritual teachers have been telling us this too not from a scientific way but that

You r on earth but not made of earth don’t get too attached you the earthy stuff

And this reminds me of the card I drawn that we r spiritual beings on earth 

It’s like an earth suit but it’s not who You are

And you have to wear this earth suit to have this earthy experience like the calcium in your body blood and all elements except hydrogen are made of stars and exploded and made earth 

And hydrogen was created in the big bang and nobody knew where it came from

So we r made of the Big Bang but the implications of this fact is not studied by science 

There  are a lot of things the scientist does not explore but the rest of us can and are eager to 

We r experiencing a huge change

This understanding of time we are talking about —- that it isn’t a straight line pressing relentlessly forward 

Time is the movement of our planet thru space 

If earth isn’t orbiting around the sun we wouldn’t have years and these things are cyclical 

If the moon wasn’t orbiting around us we wouldn’t have months or moons or if was originally pronounced 

A month is the time the moon takes to orbit around us

And when ancient pple talk abt the moon they r not talking abt the rock in the sky but the movement of the moon that is the cycle of a woman’s womb that is the tides

When we realize time isn’t this straight line we race against but that it’s cycles and rhythms like waves we can ride 

And you do not have to use a lot of effort energy the waves are propelling you forward

When we realize time isn’t this straight line we race against

This clock time we r racing against is you exhausting depleting deadening

Natural time is empowering and enliving
