Today’s task is based on the law of energy exchange.

Everything is made of energy.
A person constantly exchanges energy with other people.

The first principle of this law is that balance must be maintained in everything.

If someone departed, then someone arrived.
Energy does not disappear anywhere.

If you sent something outside, then something will return to you.

If you want to achieve a balance in everything, learn to give and receive equally.

Today’s exercise is completely devoted to the exchange, returns. And a turning point in our journey!

The Task

From today, you will be responsible for your own abundance group.

It does not have to be big. Even 2-3 people is enough.

Every day, you will conduct your group through tasks from 0 to 21 days, just like you get them from me and continue to receive.

Today you are just creating your group and send task 0 in it, and start on Monday the first day!

My Reflection:

I drifted into sleep in the 5-10 min meditation 

So deep and so peaceful and calming and I woke up in time to hear the bell which marked the end of the meditation 

It’s just 5-7 min 

But where did I go?

As I listened to this audio, it dawned upon me I had forgotten to dream

HuaiHao was building so many transformative LEGO pieces and he was role playing and orchestrating scenes acting out at least 2 roles

There’s so much dreaming and imagination at work

I look back at my work and think in my work too and in interviews in orchestrating videos there was a lot of envisioning and dreaming of what might happen

I had a lot of practice and fun

How can I support the growth of this part of myself since I have stopped work?

Maybe this is a good start

I embrace my potential to be do and have whatever I can dream

I want to be a recognized world class producer and create celebrated works that embody or exude love, hope, strength, warmth, peace, ease and give out light

I dream of becoming beautiful from within, healthy inside out and no longer acting or living out of the past

I dream of achieving an eternal state of bliss peace balance equilibrium and all my bodily functions are in harmony with my mind my psyche my soul

I dream of having a nice house full of love joy harmony happiness laughter good healthy food and lots of greens in my garden

I dream of becoming a thought leader and inspiring people to dare, to look back at their experiences——- to find out and to answer questions and therefore—— discover the real him/her.

And I thought of Qinzhi. That day she flared up, she threw up this in a fit of anger : You want to see the real me? This is the real me!

And I did manage to create a group, albeit a mini one.

The Law of Energy Exchange did its work——If you sent something outside, then something will return to you.

It’s just a matter of time when the returns or echo is visible to you.
